Director, Equity Market, Borsa Italiana

Mr. Rosnati, born in 1959 in Milan, Italy, graduated in Business Administration at Università Bocconi, Milan, and obtained an MBA at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, in 1985.
With Borsa Italiana since 1999, Mr. Rosnati is the Director in the Equity Market Division responsible for the management, development and promotion of the Blue Chip Segment of the Borsa, which comprises Italy’s largest listed companies.
Before joining Borsa Italiana, Mr. Rosnati was for several years in charge of the Italian Desk of the Corporate Finance Division of Hambros Bank Limited in London.
