Gaetano Marzotto, Vittorio’s eldest son, is the leader of the fifth entrepreneurial generation of the Marzotto family.  59 years old, degree in business administration from Bocconi University, with a sporty yet always elegant spirit, who loves skiing, cycling and tennis. Gaetano Marzotto is the current Vice President of J. Hirsch & Co. Milan, the management & consulting company of the private equity investment fund which is active in the “made in Italy” field.  Marzotto’s interest in finance is a kind of return to his origins as he gained his first business experience in this sector at a young age at the Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Olivetti and  Necchi companies.  From 1980, for around twenty years, Gaetano Marzotto matured a lengthy and intense experience inside the Marzotto Group, culminating in the Vice Presidency.  Throughout this period he also held – and continues to hold – prominent roles in national and international fashion industry associations and federations: Past President of the International Apparel Federation (World Clothing Entrepreneurs) and of CFI- Comitato Fiere Industria of Confindustria,  President of Pitti Immagine, member of the Supervisory Board of Hugo Boss
Gaetano Marzotto is also Vice President of  J. Hirsch & Co. Management & Consulting S.r.l, President of Gruppo Vitivinicolo Santa Margherita and member of the Board of Gruppo Zignago Vetro.
