Born and raised in Kenya, Africa, but of Italian and French Nationality.  Attended high school in Kenya, and University in Texas, USA graduating with a Physics degree. After University, played professional tennis on the ATP circuit for 4 years, and the Davis Cup for Kenya.

In 1994 graduated with a Master in International Economics and Management (MIEM) from Bocconi University (Milano). In 1995 started a 14 year career with Nike. Began in Nike Italy as the Category Marketing Manager then moved to Nike’s WHQ in Beaverton, Oregon as a Footwear Product Manager.

Other assignments included Marketing Director Alpine Region (Vienna), Administratore Delegato of Juventus (Football) Merchandising S.r.l. in Turin, European Marketing Director for Nike Lifestyle in Hilversum, and finally Footwear Business Director Iberia in Barcelona.

Since 2008, currently European President for Alpargatas, responsible for the business of Havaianas in Europe, Middle East and North Africa.
