Ms. Clyde has worked in investment banking for 20 years covering clients in the retail and consumer sectors.
Ms. Clyde is the Global Head of Consumer & Retail Investment Banking for BofAML, a position held since July 2013. She was previously the head of the Retail Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2005, Ms. Clyde was a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley's Retail and Consumer Products Group. Ms. Clyde spent eight years at Morgan Stanley and, prior to that, four years in Salomon Brothers' Retail Group.

Ms. Clyde received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from University of California, Los Angeles. In 2007, she was named by Dealmaker magazine as one of the top "40 under 40" dealmakers on Wall Street. Ms. Clyde is a Board member of New Alternatives for Children. She is a member of C200, an invitation-only global senior women’s organization. She lives in NYC and is married and has one son.
