Bosco di Ciliegi Group of Companies, a luxury retail powerhouse based in Moscow that has elite holdings in fashion, beauty, jewelry, real estate and restaurants across Russia. Mikhail Kusnirovich is the Groups’ founder and a Chairman of the Board.

Bosco owns and operates more than 150 points of sale in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara and Novosibirsk. This number includes stand-alone MaxMara, Jil Sander, Moschino, Etro, Alberta Ferretti, La Perla, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Antonio Marras, Kenzo, Pomellato, Iceberg, Ermanno Scervino, Costume National, Corneliani stores, just to name a few.

As well under the Bosco Family and Bosco Sport brands, the Company also owns and operates its own multibrand designer menswear, womenswear, shoe and children's boutiques.

Bosco also owns Articoli-GUM and the Articoli-Vesna megastores - two of Moscow's top perfumery and luxury accessories emporia.

Under Sublime brand Bosco launched its watches and jewelry project. The first Sublime store was open in Articoli-Vesna, but in 2007 Bosco enhanced its presence in this sector by opening a brand new store in GUM.

In addition, Bosco has three high-profile gourmet Italian restaurants frequented by everyone from Mikhail Gorbachev to Miuccia Prada, Jack Nicholson, Sting and Meryl Streep.

Bosco also operates its own Beauty Salons and a Dental Clinic.

In 2004 the Company also bought the controlling stake in GUM (79,000 sq meters) - Russia's premiere and historic shopping destination on Red Square.

Since 2006 Bosco owns and operates Vesna Trading Center on Novy Arbat, which added up to the Company portfolio about 4,000 sq m of retail space and department store management expertise.

With both – Bosco own stores and the European monobrand boutiques alike, Mikhail Kusnirovich’s main goal has been to establish Bosco as one of Russia's best-known and most trusted retail brand. To that end, Bosco was the first local fashion brand in Russia to develop a uniform strategy of recognizable in-store architecture, national advertising, and attentive customer service.

On top of frequent new boutique openings and innovative branding strategies Bosco sponsors and organizes annual Open Arts Festival Cherry Forrest marked by participation of international celebrities.

Bosco di Ciliegi is a General Partner of the Russian Olympic Committee and the General Sponsor of the Russian Olympic Team since the Olympic Games in the Salt Lake City in 2002.

Mikhail Kusnirovich and his Company had received a lot of significant awards and prizes both locally and internationally. In 2006 Mr. Kusnirovich was awarded as Commendatore of Italian Republic.
