Francesco PESCI

General Manager, Brioni

Francesco Pesci was born in Rome in 1967. After graduating in Economics and Business Administration in 1992 at the Luiss University in Rome, he began hisprofessional career first working for Colgate-Palmolive to then join Brioni in 1994.
In his early days at Brioni, he worked as an assistant for the sales director, however within the next two years he took on commercial responsibility for the Asian and Middle-Eastern markets. Pesci then transferred to Japan to take on the role of manager at the local Brioni branch where he stayed for two years. When he came back to Italy he settled in Milan and became the manager of the men’s showroom.
At the end of 2004 Pesci left Brioni for a new professional experience which led him to work for Damiani International. He first worked as area manager in the Far East and then as Director and Managing Director of their Japanese branch.
Nevertheless, his love for Brioni brought him back to Italy and as of September 2007 he was appointed as the Group’s worldwide Sales Manager.
Married and with 5 children, Francesco Pesci has always had a great passion for skiing and dedicates some of his spare time to this sport.
