Chairman of the Supervisory Board of STMicroelectronics N.V., one of the world's largest semiconductor companies listed on the Milan, New York and Paris Stock Exchange.
Chairman of the Joint Venture between FSI and Qatar Holding (IQ Made in Italy Investment Company) with up to Euro 2 billion capital for investments in Food & Food Distribution, Fashion & Luxury, Furniture & Design, Leisure-tourism & Lifestyle.
Member of: - the Italian Ministry of Economic Development Industrial Compact task force;
- the Executive Committee of the Italy-China Business Forum;
- the Italy-France Business Forum; - the International Advisory Board of RDIF.
24 years experience in the financial sector. Worked in Milan, London and New York. Gained significant experience in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Debt and Equity.
Until 2011, Head of Southern Europe Corporate & Investment Banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch and member of Bank of America Merrill Lynch EMEA Executive Committee.
Degree in International Monetary Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and further qualifications from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute – Troy, New York - USA.
Member of the Organizing Committee of the 2014 Female World Volleyball Championships hosted by Italy.
