Over the years TIP has made investments – directly and through club deals – of about Euro 3 billion.Active in corporate finance since 1984 with experiences in Euromobiliare Montagu S.p.A. in the M&A sector where in the 90s she was at the head of the division.

Currently she is Chief Executive Officer of: Asset Italia S.p.A., Betaclub S.r.l., Clubitaly S.p.A., TIP-Pre IPO S.p.A.and Director of: Alpitour S.p.A., Beta Utensili S.p.A., Chiorino S.p.A., Eataly S.r.l., Furla S.p.A. and Sant’Agata S.p.A.. Collaborator with institutions and specialised financial journals and Author of numerous articles and publications on finance.
